This pricing will help provide an answer to that first question that comes to mind "how much will it cost." In reality there are many options, variables such as audio and video quality, and feature ranges from basic to deluxe, so in most cases we will develop custom pricing for each customer. We focus on quality rather than quantity. As your volume of work or services with us increase your cost will decrease as do ours.

 

Pricing includes a 10% discount for inclusion of a banner or clip acknowledging us as your production and or streaming provider.

 

We can program and schedule commercials and interstitials to play during the Live broadcast. We can integrate the broadcast with the web providing the viewer the means to view other web content and even participate and provide feedback, call in, vote or email a question during the broadcast. They can also make an immediate purchase of a product or item they see in the video content. There are many unique capabilities offered with this method that are not available with conventional satellite and television broadcast. Pricing for this is quoted on a per event basis.

 

There are two option / scenarios for Live Streaming.

 

  1. We come on location providing some or all of the hardware which is the encoding device and can include cameras, lighting, and audio. We set everything up test it and work with your director or production manager.
  2. The second approach is that you handle all the technical requirements at the event location and simply stream the video to our streaming servers. With the second option we can come out and train and instruct your staff on how to stream video, then sell or rent you the encoding equipment. We can also help you to purchase it on your on your own. In any case we will have a technician / coordinator on our end to ensure the production flows smoothly and to help with any issues.

All travel expenses are billed additional. Internet connectivity is responsibility of client we can assist in technical arrangements. Most events require a half day of setup and testing prior to event.

We support encoding to these formats: Windows Media, Real Video, QuickTime, Flash FLV, MPEG 2 & 4, 3GPP (cell phones, PDAs)

 

We support conversion and encoding from the following media, AVI, MPEG, DV, HDV, Mini-DV, 8 MM, VHS, Beta Cam, 1 ",Umatic, Digi-Beta, Beta SP, Mini DV, Hi-8, DVC, PAL or Beta PAL format. Formats other than VHS, 8 MM, Mini-DV will have additional costs.

 

 

We stream most content using Ustream because it is most efficient and cost effective and supported by 98% of the desktops. We can broadcast video in the other formats but it is less cost effective.
